Terms of Service

- Please provide clear reference of the character design or outfit/hairstyle/pose that you want. I can’t draw only from description
- I can draw: fan art or original character, in humanoid form, a bit nsfw or gore is ok but not explicit, photo of real people is OK but it’ll be stylized to anime style
- I cannot draw: animal/furries (animal ears is ok), mecha/machinery, complicated perspective, realism
- For more complicated character design details like genshin/honkai design, I’ll add extra charge (select on add-on)
- Please don’t ask me to mimic other artist style
- I have the right to reject the commission if I’m uncomfortable with the request or seems impossible for me to draw
- No refund after payment is done, but if there’s any situation when I’m unable to complete your commission, I’ll refund 100%
- I owns the copyright of the commission drawing result, therefore I have the right to publish and post the finished piece as my portfolio, if you don’t feel comfortable for me to publish it, please tell me in advance
- Client rights are limited to personal use only, not for commercial purpose (please discuss with me if you need it for commercial purpose). Selling the personal commission or gaining any profit from it is strictly prohibited.
- DO NOT use the commission art for NFT/AI LEARNING
- Please credit me when posting the final result, it is greatly appreciatedProcess:
- Request your commission via ko-fi (include description about what would you like such as pose, expression, character outfit, hairstyle, and please also add the references to be more precise)
- After I received the full payment I’ll start making the rough sketch (you can make maximum TWO revisions in this step)
- I’ll send you the revised sketch, and you can make ONE more minor revision like expression change (no major revision like changing perspective, pose or angle) before I start the lineart/rendering, after I start doing the lineart, there is NO MORE revision.
- I’ll finished the drawings within 7-14 days, if I need more time I’ll inform you about it
- Please don’t rush me. If you need urgent commissions, please select the urgent (finished within 5 days) option in add on
